One of the world's largest and richest stone reserves is found in Zimbabwe. Shona art, an art movement born from this diversity, takes its name from the Shona tribe and has a history of 1000 years.

According to Shona tribes' belief; The spirits of ancestors and gods continue to live in stones. Artists reveal these spirits when they carve stones.

WRAPPED UP is a work made from Soapstone, an African stone, by shona artist SEBASTIAN CHİNYMA in 2022.

Its size is approximately: 20x13x13 cm.
