One of the world's largest and most diverse stone reserves is found in Zimbabwe. Shona art, an art movement born from this diversity, takes its name from the Shona tribe and has a history of 1000 years.

According to the Shona tribe's belief, the spirits of their ancestors and gods continue to live in the stones. Artists reveal these spirits when they carve the stones.

Artist Biography:

He was born in Harare in 1975.

Graham grew up in Chitungwiza and was heavily influenced by sculptors such as second-generation sculptor Ignatious Zhuwakiyi. He exhibited his sculptures at the German Embassy between 2006 and 2008, and his works have been sold to private and public collectors in Europe and North America.

He is primarily interested in human figurative forms. His work Loyalty is a symbol of the human need for connection and attachment.
